Report: Private Sector Housing Enforcement Policy Revision

The Cabinet:

1.                Agreed to the revised Private Sector Housing Enforcement policy in Appendix 1. 

Cabinet:

1.     Approved the grant of a new lease to Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd, for the subject land on terms as set out in Exempt Appendix A.

2.     Authorised the Deputy Director of Legal & Governance Services to undertake all relevant measures to implement the proposed grant.

Revised Havering Climate Change Action Plan (HCCAP) 2024-27

Please find below the following comments from the Place Overview & Scrutiny Sub-Committee for inclusion in the Cabinet Report pack

The sub-committee support the Approval and adoption of the revised HCCAP 2024-27.

The Sub-Committee also ask that:

·        Could Cabinet consider an action around promoting greywater and rainwater harvesting.

·        Could Cabinet consider how the plan may incorporate green energy generation.
