Tenants Management Organisation
Description
Havering has three Tenants Management Organisations at present: The Barnstaple Estate Tenants and Residents’ Association; The Durham Estate Tenants and Residents’ Association and the Parkhill Estate Tenants and Residents’ Association.
The Tenants Management Organisation is a statutory body and the Committee oversees grounds maintenance, cleaning and caretaking on each estate.
