• Councillor Linda Hawthorn - Prejudicial - Councillor Linda Hawthorn declared a prejudicial interest in item L0010.13. Councillor Hawthorn advised that she was the Secretary of the Friends of Parklands Park and had previously expressed a view on the proposed development. Councillor Hawthorn left the room prior to the discussion of the item and took no part in the voting.
