• Councillor Barry Tebbutt - Personal - Councillor Barry Tebbutt declared a personal interest in item P0424.13 being a representative of the East London Waste Authority’s Board. Councillor Tebbutt confirmed that his personal interest was not prejudicial to his ability to determine the application.
• Councillor Steven Kelly - Prejudicial - Councillor Kelly advised that he holds the position of director of a company within the Shanks company group. Councillor Kelly left the room during the discussion and took no part in the voting.
