• Councillor Clarence Barrett - Personal - Councillor Clarence Barrett made a disclosure of personal interest in item 5: Improving the Safety of our schools across the borough on the grounds that he lived in close proximity to the James Oglethorpe School which was one of those listed in the pilot of the PSPO (Public Space protection Order) scheme.
