Increase in the existing Kitchen and Bathrooms contract value and extension to end of October 2026

 

 

Cabinet will be asked to approve an increase in the value of the existing kitchen and bathrooms replacements contract by £2 million and extend its duration to the end of October 2026, enabling continuation of an interim delivery mechanism until the long term strategic contract is mobilised.
