To approve the acceptance, use and distribution of the Household Support Fund grant.
In order to meet Government deadlines for submission of Havering’s delivery plans to the Department of Work & Pensions, this decision will need to be made by 1st November 2024

This notice has been issued by the Chief Executive and the Leader of the Council and has been issued to the Chair(s) of the relevant scrutiny bodies.
Reason for urgency:
This decision will be made under General Exception Provisions as it will have less than 28 days' notice on the Forward Plan.
Permisison will be requested from the Chairman of the Overview & Scrutiny Board to waive the Call-in procedure , in order for the Council to comply with the Governament timetable and deadlines
