Site Disposals under the Asset Disposal Programme 2022-2028
Cabinet will be asked to:
· Declare sites surplus to operational requirements and authorise their
disposal
· Authorise the disposal of car park sites following consideration of the
outcome of public consultation relating to the modification of Traffic
Management Orders in line with the Cabinet decision of 8th February
2023
· Authorise the appropriation of the sites for planning purposes
