The report seeks approval of the Leader of the Council for the London Borough of Havering to sign up to the new Local London Inter Authority Agreement, as agreed to by the Local London Partnership Members, in order to deliver growth and identify opportunities with regional and national government that can result in sustainable long-term benefits for local residents.
