Leaseholders/shared owners will be consulted as part of a two stage process under the Notice of Intention to Enter into Qualifying Long-Term Agreements, given under Section 20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 (as amended by the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002) and Schedule 2 of the Service Charges (Consultation Requirements) (England) Regulations 2003, before the contract award decision. Stage 1 was completed prior to publishing the Invitation to Tender.
