Contract Award Decision.

The Council has recently undertaken a procurement exercise to obtain a supplier to deliver an intensive housing management package targeted specifically at residents such as rough sleepers who are suffering from mental health conditions and/or drug or alcohol dependency issues. The service will be delivered in properties that the Council has leased from private landlords and will be subsequently subleased to the proposed supplier.
