Approval to modify Reablement contract with Essex Cares Limited (ECL)
This report seeks approval from the Director for Adults Services and Health to:
i) Modify the contract with ECL to allow for the ramp up of service to
accommodate greater capacity in delivering support to Havering’s service
users at an approximate additional cost of £820,000.00 per annum.
ii) Remove the contract clauses related to ‘over delivery of up to 10%’
section found in service specification.
