This is a decision pursuant to para 11 of The Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012, made under “special urgency” with the consent of the Chair of the Overview and Scrutiny Board.
There is an urgent need to formally withdraw the London Borough of Havering Rainham and Beam Park (Housing Zone Regeneration Area) Compulsory Purchase Order 2019 No. 1 in order to give sufficient time for a notice of cancellation of the inquiry to be published.
