Cabinet will be asked to:
1. Agree the Phase II Masterplan and Business Plan for the Bretons site,
including the Manor House, Barns, outbuildings, walled garden, lake and park
as set out in the report and appendices.
2. Agree that an outline planning application for the Phase II Masterplan is
submitted.
3. Agree to progress elements of Stage 1 of the Masterplan Business Plan -
Creation of two new 3G pitches, Sports Pavilion, car park extension and urgent remedial works to the Manor House to include detailed design, planning and funding applications.
4. Delegate authority to the Chief Operating Officer, after consultation with the
Leader and Cabinet Member for Public Protection and Safety, to authorise the
submission of related funding applications to external bodies to a limit of £10m and enter in to such grant agreements as may be required.
