Reason for urgency:
Following consultation with relevant Members, officers and business partners including the Monitoring Officer and with the spoecific consent of the Chair of the Overview and Scrutiny Board Chairman, Councillor Darren Wise, this matter is considered to be urgent to enable the Council to continue with the efforts to tackle the growing infection rates in the Borough. Any delay to this decision being implemented, likely to be caused by the Forward Plan notice period and the call in process would seriously prejudice the Council’s and the public interests. this decision cannot reasonably be deferred.
