Reason for urgency:
This decision is required using the Special Urgency procedure to secure an expeditious decision to ensure that the current bookings system for personal searches of the Local Land Charges Register is fair following the Coronavirus pandemic. A great deal of pressure has been placed on the service with many bookings being made by companies as block bookings. An urgent change to the system would allow for a fair access to the system and would be in the best interests of the Residents of Havering.
