This matter is proceeding by way of general exception in that the prescribed notice period for this decision is 28 days. The decision will be made on 5th August at Cabinet as an expedited decision is required which still allows for a notice period of 25 days. proceeding in this way is in the best interests of the Council and residents of Havering.
