With the consent of the Chair of Overview and Scrutiny Board, the Cabinet Lead Member will be asked to make a decision on the reopening of Play and recreation areas in parks and on housing estates.

Reason for urgency:
With the consent of the Chair of Overview and Scrutiny Board Chair, This matter is being dealt with by Special Urgency. This will allow an urgent decision in the best interests of the Residents of Havering for the reopening of play and recreation areas in a safe and measured way as restrictions on lockdown following the outbreak of Covid 19, are gradually lifted.
