Changes to the Council's Complaint Policy and Procedure as a result of the Covid 19 Crisis

The Chief Executive will be asked to approve the temporary suspension of the Council’s Complaint Policy and Procedure, following the lead taken by the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman (LGSCO) to temporarily suspend acceptance of new complaints due to Covid-19 (Coronavirus).
