Reason for urgency:
This matter ios being added to the Forward Plan by way of general exception given that the public are not being given the full 28 days notice prior to the date of decision. Tenders for this matter have been requested by 27th February and it would not be in the interest of the Council to delay given the desire to submit a tender in respect of this matter. There will be a request to the Chair of the Overview and Scrutiny Board to waive the Call-in process in this matter to ensure the sumission to deadline.
