Private Rented Sector Landlord Licensing designation, implementation and enforcement
Following the decision taken at Cabinet in January, 2017 (Consultation on Proposed Licensing Schemes for HMOs and Other Private Rented Housing Sector), Cabinet will be asked to give approval to the proposed Licensing Scheme and agree operational arrangements, namely partnership with Newham.
Cabinet will also be asked to adopt new fixed penalty arrangements.
