Procedural motion that subject to it being noted that Council agrees that the Conservative and North Havering Residents’ Associations Groups votes are recorded accurately but many of the non-Conservative and North Havering Residents’ Associations Groups votes are in dispute NOT CARRIED by 31 votes to 10.
