Meeting of Stage 3 Complaints, Governance Committee, Wednesday, 1st March, 2023 1.00 pm (Item 31.)

Members were reminded that Panels had two options under the new process: Consider the complaint and reach a decision at this meeting or adjourn and reconvene for a formal hearing.

Minutes:

After careful consideration the Panel decided unanimously not to refer the complaint to a formal hearing. The complainant would be notified in writing regarding all the details of the decision.
