Cabinet:

1.     Approved the draft Employment and Skills Plan (attached at Appendix 1 of the report) and the associated Implementation Plan (attached at Appendix 3 of the report).

Councillor Osman dervish presented the Employment and Skills Plan report to Cabinet. In February, 2018 Cabinet approved a period of stakeholder consultation on the draft Plan.  The report before Cabinet details the findings of the consultation and seeks Cabinet’s approval to the Plan and associated Implementation Plan.

Councillor Dervish detailed the background to the matter and the responses gathered as set out in the report.
