REPORT OF THE LICENSING OFFICER Application for a temporary event notice (TEN) under section 100 of the Licensing Act 2003, to provide regulated entertainment, late night refreshment and supply alcohol between the hours of 11:00 and 03:00 beginning on Friday 16th August 2013 and ending the following Monday morning.
