Comments and observations on the application
The applicant acted in accordance with regulations 25 and 26 of The Licensing Act 2003 (Premises licences and club premises certificates) Regulations 2005 relating to the advertising of the application. The required public notice was installed in a local newspaper.
Determination of Application
The Chairman advised the meeting that following the withdrawal of the sole representation against the application it was granted as submitted by the applicant.
Minutes: Present in the meeting were Mr Cuma Opan, (applicant), Mr Timothy Bryant, (agent). The clerk to the Sub-Committee was also in attendance.
The Chairman advised those present of action to be taken in the event of emergency evacuation of the Town Hall becoming necessary.
