The Chairman advised the meeting that following the withdrawal of the sole representation against the application it was granted as submitted by the applicant.
Minutes: Present in the meeting were Mr Cuma Opan, (applicant), Mr Timothy Bryant, (agent). The clerk to the Sub-Committee was also in attendance.
The Chairman advised those present of action to be taken in the event of emergency evacuation of the Town Hall becoming necessary.
