Application for a Temporary Event Notice in respect of the William the Conqueror public house, Petersfield Avenue, Romford, RM3 9PB.

The Clerk advised the Sub-Committee that he had received e-mail notification, earlier today, from both Responsible Authorities that they had withdrawn their objections as the applicants had adjusted their proposed hours of operation. The applicants were now applying for the following:

·         The sale of alcohol to cease by 00:00 hours (midnight) Christmas Eve/Christmas Day;

·         All regulated entertainment to cease by 00:30 hours on the 25^th December; and

·         The premises to close by 01:00 hours, Christmas Day.

Given that the representations had been withdrawn the Licensing Authority could now issue the Temporary Event Licence in it’s amended form.

The Sub-Committee noted the position.
