To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 13 April 2023 and to authorise the Chairman to sign them. Minutes: The minutes of the meeting of 13 April 2023 were agreed as a true record of the same and the Chair was authorised to sign them. |

LAND TO THE REAR OF 158-160 VICTORIA ROAD PDF 334 KB Report attached. Minutes: The report before the Committee was an application for a two storey, 4-bed detached dwelling with associated parking and amenity space to include habitable loft and two front dormers.
In accordance with the Committee consideration criteria a Councillor call-in had been received.
The application had been called–in by a Ward Councillor. With its agreement Councillor Judith Holt addressed the Committee.
Following consideration, it was RESOLVED that PLANNING PERMISSION BE GRANTED subject to conditions in the report.
The vote for the resolution to grant planning permission was unanimous.
