Recommendation 5 (Delegation of authority re appointing Independent Person on Audit Committee) AGREED by 53 votes to 0 with 0 abstentions.

Councillor Kevin Ayres ELECTED as Chairman of the new Planning Committee by 41 votes to 12 for Councillor John Tyler with 0 abstentions.

Councillor Sathya Maddasani ELECTED as Vice-Chairman of the new Planning Committee by 40 votes to 13 for Councillor John Tyler with 0 abstentions.
