Purpose:
The Leader of the Council will be asked to approve an application for funding in excess of £500k to support the development and regeneration of the 67 acre Bretons site.
The Leader of the Council will be asked to approve an application for funding amounting to £5m to the GLA and ESF.
An outline business plan was completed and approved in August 2017 to progress with the Bretons development phase, which includes applications for funding.
A detailed business plan outlining funding opportunities and forecasts will be presented in October 2018.
The matter is being presented using the urgency procedure and Call-in will therefore not apply.
