Cabinet, 2014

The Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 has removed the requirement for a Forward Plan to be published each month. Instead, local authorities operating executive arrangements are required to give 28 days’ notice of every key decision which is to be taken.

To comply with this requirement and facilitate access to the information, the Council will publish regular updates under “Intended Key Decisions”. You can obtain a complete list of the notices by clicking on the “Printed Plan” PDF link. In addition, the Regulations stipulate that 28 days’ notice should be given of the intention to hold any meeting or part in private. You will find a list of such decisions under Notice of Meetings where Executive Decisions may be taken in private by clicking on the attached link. http://www.havering.gov.uk/Pages/ServiceChild/Urgent-Decisions---General-Exception-Notices-and-Notice-of-Private-Meetings.aspx For further information please contact Andrew Beesley: andrew.beesley@havering.gov.uk
