08/05/2018 - Bridge Close - authority to secure funding from the Affordable Housing Grant Programme 2016 - 2021.

The Leader of the Council will be asked to approve a bid submission to the Greater London Authority for £1.54m grant funding from the Affordable Housing Grant 2016 - 2021 Programme to support the delivery of affordable housing at Bridge Close, Romford (this is in addition to Housing Zone grant already secured); and

 

Subject to the bid being approved by the GLA, grant authority to the Director of Neighbourhood Services to accept the funding and finalise the terms of the  agreement
