Agreed
to recommend to Council to:
- Adopt the Havering
Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Charging Schedule and the
Regulation 123 list (set out in Appendices 2 and 3,
respectively)
- Agree that the CIL
Charging Schedule will be implemented and effective from September
1 2019; and
- Agree delegated
powers to the Director of Neighbourhoods or the Assistant Director
of Planning in consultation with the Leader of the Council for
future changes to the Regulation 123 list following its review as
appropriate
