The Committee have received the Annual treasury management report for 2014/15. Although the Council had failed to achieve the budgeted Rate of Return on Investment, the U K Bank Rate had been maintained at 0.5% since March 2009, we had earned just £13k below budget due to higher cash levels deposited by the authority.
